Every channel: Tesla Used, Carvana, CarMax, franchise and independent dealers, auction lanes, and private sellers. First shortlist of 3–5 cars in 72 hours, then a weekly update for the 60 days your search runs — including the weeks when the honest update is 'nothing good enough yet, here's why.'
Verification
Your finalist gets read end to end: config off the VIN, battery state of health in Service Mode, FSD transfer, hardware version, title and liens — and an independent LA inspection arranged, for a separate fee, when the car deserves one. Written report within 24 hours, ending in buy or negotiate to a specific number.
The deal
With private sellers we negotiate, and every defect in the report comes off their number. On fixed-price platforms we audit the out-the-door total and the junk fees. Then the money and title move through our dealer license — escrow, DMV, plates.
Handover
You get the car and a 30–60 minute onboarding: the app, driver profiles, Supercharging and home charging, and what to do the first time something beeps at you.

What does it cost?
A flat $899. One fee, agreed before we start, covering the whole search: sourcing, the vetting of your finalist, the negotiation, and the closing. Never a percentage of the purchase price, and no balance at the finish.
What if you don't find me a car?
The fee covers the search work whatever happens. If nothing on the market deserves your money, we tell you that in writing, every week, and keep looking for the 60 days your search runs. If it closes without a car, you get a written report of everything we screened and why we passed — and you can restart within 90 days at half the fee. Most of what we screen never reaches your shortlist, and plenty of finalists end in a written 'walk away' — we're paid the same either way, so we never push you into a car just to close. How is this different from a broker?
A broker takes a percentage of what you spend, so the more you pay the more they make. We take a flat fee. We're also a licensed California dealer, which means we don't stop at advice — we can legally hold the money and file the title, including on a private-party sale.
Why not just buy from Carvana or Tesla directly?
You can, and their return windows are real. What they won't tell you: the measured battery health, whether FSD actually transfers, or which hardware version you're getting. Their prices are also fixed. We verify before you buy, and on the private market — where the price still moves — we negotiate and close it for you.
How long does the search run?
60 days of active searching from the intake call — daily market scans, a shortlist in 72 hours, a written update every week. You can pause it once if life gets in the way, and paused time doesn't burn your window. A bounded search is a serious one: it's why you get our attention rather than a place in an endless queue.
How many cars do you actually check?
As many as it takes to find the ones worth your time, and then we go deep on those. Every serious candidate gets a title and history pre-screen; finalists get the full Carfax and a full config-and-condition read. Those reports cost us money per car, so we spend them on real candidates instead of everything that scrolls past — that's the point of paying someone to filter.
Is the private-party purchase safe?
That's exactly what we take off your plate. We find the car, talk to the seller, check title and liens, and run the money and paperwork through our California dealer license: legal escrow, DMV filing, plates. You never meet a stranger holding a cashier's check.
