We find, verify, and close your used Tesla. You just drive it.

The only Tesla-specialist concierge in LA run by a licensed dealer, which means we don't stop at advice. We negotiate the price, hold the money, and file the paperwork. Including the private market, where Carvana and CarMax don't go.

Intake calls go straight to Eugene, the licensed dealer himself.3 of 8 search slots left this month.

Six steps, two deadlines.

First shortlist within 72 hours. Verification report within 24 hours of inspection. Every verdict is one of three decisions: buy, negotiate to $X, or walk away.

01

Intake

A 15-minute call: budget, model, daily miles, home or apartment charging, FSD or not, deadline, trade-in. We sign a written brokering agreement and you pay $249. That's the whole upfront.

02

Search & shortlist

Every channel: Tesla Used, Carvana, CarMax, dealers, auctions, and the private market. First shortlist of 3–5 cars in 72 hours, then a weekly update, even if the honest update is 'nothing good enough yet, here's why.'

03

Verification

The finalist goes on our lift (or the technician goes to it): Service Mode battery health, FSD transfer, hardware version, suspension, high-voltage system, title, liens. Written report within 24 hours.

04

The deal

Private sellers: we negotiate, and every defect in the report is a discount. Fixed-price platforms: we audit the out-the-door number and the junk fees. Money and title move through our dealer license. The remaining balance is due here.

05

Handover

You get the car and a 30–60 minute onboarding: app, driver profiles, Supercharging and home charging, what to do when something beeps. White Glove clients also get insurance, financing, and trade-in wrapped up.

06

After

A check-in on day 7 for the little questions, and on day 30 for the honest review. If we did our job, you'll know someone who needs us. Referrals are how this works.

What we verify before you pay anyone anything.

A generalist inspection checks that the doors close. This is what a Tesla-only shop checks.

Battery health, measured
Service Mode diagnostics in our shop, not an app estimate
FSD & software transfer
Confirmed before money moves; a wrong guess costs $8–15k
Autopilot hardware version
HW3 vs HW4, decoded from the car, not the listing
Year, trim & config traps
Highland, RWD vs Long Range, heat pump, all matched to your use
Suspension, brakes, HV
On the lift, by a Tesla-trained technician
Hidden-repair evidence
We've seen thousands of wrecked Teslas at auction. We know the signs
Title & liens
Checked before you commit, cleared at closing
History, read properly
Carfax read by people who've seen the car's siblings at auction
Insurance pre-clearance
No surprises when you go to insure it

Questions people actually ask.

What does the Tesla concierge cost?

A flat $499 this month ($249 when we start the search, $250 when your deal closes), then $899. The Tesla Check of the finalist car is included. White Glove adds trade-in, financing, insurance, home-charging consult, and delivery for $1,399 flat. No percentage of the purchase price, ever.

What if you don't find me a car?

The $249 start fee covers the search work whatever happens. The rest is only due when you buy a car we found and verified. If nothing on the market deserves your money, we tell you that in writing, every week.

Do you sell your own cars through the concierge?

Sometimes a Clear Deal car fits your search. When it does, it's flagged as ours in the shortlist and gets the exact same verification report as every other car. If you buy it, 100% of your concierge fee comes off the price, so we can't win by steering you to our own shelf.

Can you check a Tesla I already found myself?

Yes, that's the Tesla Check: $299 at our Long Beach shop or $399 anywhere in LA. Service Mode battery diagnostics, FSD-transfer confirmation, config and history check, and a written verdict within 24 hours.

Why not just buy from Carvana or Tesla directly?

You can, and their return windows are real. What they won't tell you: the measured battery health, whether FSD actually transfers, or which hardware version you're getting. And their prices are fixed. We verify before you buy. On the private market, where prices still move, we also negotiate and close the deal for you.

Is the private-party purchase safe?

That's exactly what we take off your plate. We find the car, talk to the seller, check title and liens, and run the money and paperwork through our California dealer license: legal escrow, DMV filing, plates. You never meet a stranger holding a cashier's check.

First shortlist in 72 hours.

A 15-minute call is all it takes to start. If we don't think you need us, we'll say that too.
